This is a full-time on-site role located in Birmingham, AL, for a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating consistent and engaging content tailored to the flooring industry, and contributing to digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include developing and scheduling social media posts, analyzing engagement metrics, refining content strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve branding and communication goals.
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing techniques
- Excellent Communication skills, including content writing and storytelling
- Experience with analytics tools for performance tracking is a plus
- Proficiency with relevant social media platforms and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
