Social Media Content Creator – Reels & TikTok
We’re looking for a creative, outgoing Social Media Content Creator to help create fun and engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok videos for our restaurant.
This is a fun, flexible position that’s perfect for someone who already enjoys making TikToks/Reels and knows what kind of content gets people’s attention.
What You’ll Do
- Create at least 7 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Come to the restaurant one day per week to film enough content for the week
- Edit videos into engaging, ready-to-post content
- Recreate video ideas/examples that we provide while adding your own creativity
- Keep up with current TikTok/Reels trends, sounds, transitions, and video styles
- Create content featuring our food, drinks, employees, restaurant atmosphere, trends, and promotions
- Come up with new ideas that have the potential to get strong views and engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Must be good at creating and editing Reels/TikToks
- Creative and comfortable coming up with content ideas
- Understands what makes short-form videos entertaining and engaging
- Comfortable filming food, employees, customers (when appropriate), and restaurant content
- Reliable and able to consistently deliver 7 videos every week
- Experience with CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, or similar editing apps is a plus
Schedule
This is a very flexible position. Ideally, you can come in one day per week, film several videos at once, edit them, and have the week’s content ready to go.
Viral Video Bonus
On top of regular pay, we’ll offer performance bonuses for videos that go viral or reach certain view milestones. The better the content performs, the more opportunity there is to earn.
