ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Outbound Logistics Manager at REP Fitness, you will lead the charge in optimizing our outbound transportation strategy to meet customer expectations while driving cost efficiency. This role is equal parts strategic and tactical-you'll use data analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements, negotiate with carriers to ensure market-competitive rates and service, and manage vendor relationships with a sharp eye on performance and value. You will oversee outbound operations across parcel, LTL, and FTL channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards, financial accuracy, and compliance. Additionally, you'll own the relationship with our freight audit partner, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment. Your work will be key to scaling our logistics capabilities in a way that enhances the customer experience and improves our bottom line.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Own and evolve REP's outbound shipping strategy, balancing speed, cost, and service.
- Lead carrier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for freight and parcel partners.
- Analyze transportation data to uncover trends, reduce spend, and improve service levels.
- Partner with Planning and Distribution Center teams to forecast outbound volume and align carrier strategies.
- Manage our freight audit partner, ensuring billing accuracy, dispute resolution, and on-time payment compliance.
- Partner with accounting ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial statements and accrual reporting
- Drive improvements in WMS& TMS routing logic, packaging strategies, and overall fulfillment execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (on-time delivery, closest ship from, claims rate, pack station throughput, etc.) to inform vendor performance reviews and continuous improvement.
- Ensure outbound documentation accuracy and compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align logistics execution with brand experience and service level agreements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions across WMS, TMS, and operational workflows.
- Stay informed on logistics technologies and DTC delivery innovations to future-proof operations.

- Proven ability to analyze logistics data and translate insights into actionable cost savings or service enhancements.
- Experience managing freight and parcel carrier contracts, negotiations, and vendor scorecards.
- Strong financial acumen with exposure to freight auditing, cost reporting, and logistics P&L accountability.
- Proficiency in transportation systems (TMS), warehouse systems (WMS), and logistics KPIs.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable in a high-growth, hands-on environment where agility and ownership are key.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field; or 6 to 8 years related experience and/or training preferred.
- APICS/Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI a plus.
- Experience managing outbound logistics with a Free-Trade-Zone a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite, RF Smart, and PaceJet systems a plus.

Cross-Functional CollaborationCommunication - Skills in coordinating inventory control, inbound logistics, procurement, customer service, and sales. Strong communication abilities to align outbound operations with wider business objectives.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
