Rental Associate – Sioux Center

Job Summary
RA Rentals is seeking a Rental Associate to provide a great rental experience for our customers at our Sioux Center location. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities, including equipment check-in, customer service, and light equipment repair. Basic mechanical skills are helpful, and on-the-job training will be provided. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and enjoy working with people while being comfortable in an environment where every day can look a little different.
RA Rentals is committed to serving the Sioux Center community with quality service and an honest sales approach representing trusted brands like Skyjack, Genie, Kubota, Husqvarna and Stihl.
Primary Responsibilities
· Ensure equipment is checked-in, clean, and well-maintained.
· Educate customers on equipment safety procedures and ensure they understand how to use the equipment properly.
· Additional tasks as-needed such as light repair work, cleaning the rental area, and power washing equipment.
