Job Title: Marketing Manager – Sioux Center, IA | Job Type: Full-time

Expected Hours: 40 – 45 hours per week

NewTec and RA Rentals are seeking a motivated, creative Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing efforts across multiple locations and brands. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution—developing integrated marketing strategies, managing digital and social media content, promoting equipment and services, and supporting company events. Working closely with various departments, you will drive brand awareness and promote our products, services, and multi-brand initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and coordinate integrated marketing strategies that directly support equipment sales, rentals, service offerings, and overall business goals.
• Digital & Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage digital and social media content highlighting company products, services, events, team members, customer projects, and brand culture.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, service, and leadership teams to identify strategic marketing needs and deliver targeted promotions that drive department growth.
• Multi-Channel & Website Operations: Maintain and optimize website content, email marketing campaigns, and digital channels to ensure clear, engaging, and accurate audience messaging.
• Media Production & Visual Content: Plan and execute photo and video content featuring equipment, projects, team culture, and events, assisting with editing and production as needed.
• Vendor & Event Management: Oversee advertising initiatives, promotional materials, event planning, and external vendor partnerships, ensuring projects arrive on time and within budget.
• Performance Tracking & Leadership: Monitor campaign analytics, manage marketing resources, and provide direction and creative support to team members to continuously improve results.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience managing social media, digital marketing, and other marketing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative and able to develop new ideas, content, and marketing campaigns while working with a variety of teams and locations.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and video editing, with the ability to learn new software and technology.
