The Program Finance Specialist is an entry level position that will support the financial management and reporting of various programs within he engines Line of business. Specific tasks willbe assigned by the program finance manager or lead specialist.

Job Description
The Program Finance Specialist is an entry level position that will support the financial management and reporting of various programs within he engines Line of business. Specific tasks willbe assigned by the program finance manager or lead specialist.
- Provide financial recaps to Project Managers (PMs)
- Support engines LOB by preparing and analyzing estimate at completions (EACs) for all project components including revenues, direct costs for all projects (top and bottom line)
- Assist with developing and reporting of program budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Assist with project billing
- Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements
- Provide financial assistance for both incoming and outgoing business activities, ensuring financial health and LOB strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with program teams to track expenditures and identify areas for cost savings
- Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with organizational standards
- Monitors program adherence to approved budget.
- Perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agree-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
- Associates Degree with 4 years program finance experience/accounting practical work or Bachelors Degree with 0-3 years program finance experience/accounting practical work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in financial software
