The Program Finance Specialist II is a mid-level position that will support the financial management and reporting of various programs within our organization.

• Provide financial recaps to Project Managers (PMs)
• Support transmissions/engines by preparing and analyzing estimate at completions (EACs) for all project components including revenues, direct costs for all projects (top and bottom line)
• Develop and reporting of program budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Responsible for project billing
• Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements
• Provide financial assistance for both incoming and outgoing business activities, ensuring financial health and LOB strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with program teams to track expenditures and identify areas for cost savings
• Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with organizational standards
• Monitor program adherence to approved budget
• Performs analysis and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Adminsitration or related field with 6 years experience
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field with 2 years experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to mange multiple priorities an deadlines
• Proficiency in financial software
