Operations Coordinator is a non-exempt, bargained for position designed to assist and support a variety of manufacturing/management functions within various areas of RENK- America in Muskegon. This is a union position with the non-negotiable pay which starts at $22.07 per hour. This will increase every 1040 hours worked until the top rate is reached.

Job Description
Operations Coordinator is a non-exempt, bargained for position designed to assist and support a variety of manufacturing/management functions within various areas of RENK- America in Muskegon. This is a union position with the non-negotiable pay which starts at $22.07 per hour. This will increase every 1040 hours worked until the top rate is reached.
Essential Functions
- Maintain and process a variety of databases, forms, logs and electronic information for a variety of departments.
- Input, maintain, print, copy and distribute a variety of data and records, including but not limited to travelers and logs, MQAPS, pride stamp records, Hi-Rev Master list, manufacturing engineering request logs, and quality test results.
- Input data to generate and/or assist with the generation of statistical tools, spreadsheets, and reports for management analysis.
- File documents, retrieve or assist with the retrieval of documents.
- Communicate and help resolve office machine malfunctions for a variety of departments.
- Assist maintenance department with preventive maintenance ticket closeout.
- Update, copy, and distribute Op Sheets
- Input Non-conformance data
- Make copies, create tags, copy manuals, assemble and/or prepare presentation material.
- Maintain and order office/departmental supplies.
- Distribute mail.
- Support other CBU functions as required.
- Assist with domestic travel for specific departments as required.
- Assist with interview/onboarding process for new hires, inclusive of travel reservations and setting up offices/workstations as required.
- Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong data analysis skills across subsets of data inputs and sequential flows.
- Profiecient in the use of microsoft excel, word and outlook.
- Must work individually and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Take initiaive for objective completion of tasks, time management and activity schedules.
- Communicate clearly and decisively both verbal and written.
- Complete and maintain all required personal safety training.
- Must be able to physicaly move unassisted through production floor.
