The pipeline is stacked with new-build apartment communities moving from entitlement straight into construction, with more breaking ground every quarter.

You'll own the project. Budget, schedule, subs, and the client relationship all sit on your desk from mobilization to closeout. No hand-holding, just results.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
- Proven track record as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Strong command of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management from mobilization to closeout
- Comfortable owning the day-to-day relationship with owners, architects, and engineers
๐ก๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ (๐ฏ๐ผ๐ป๐๐, ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ):
- Procore or comparable project management software experience
- Experience running multiple projects concurrently
