Renewyx have partnered with a multifamily general contractor to appoint a Superintendent for ground-up residential and mixed-use projects in the Milwaukee metro.
The business is building a steady pipeline of new build multifamily work and is bringing in a site leader to take a project from mobilization through to turnover.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ:
Full ownership of the site: schedule management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety compliance. You will work alongside the Project Manager on procurement and cost control, chair the weekly trade meetings, and act as the primary point of contact on site.

โข Ground-up multifamily construction experience, wood frame or podium
โข A track record leading trades on site as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
โข Confidence owning the schedule, the subcontractor base, and the safety program

โข OSHA 30 certification
โข Procore or comparable project management software
โข Familiarity with the Wisconsin or Upper Midwest subcontractor market
