What you'll be doing:
- Developing new client relationships with construction and energy contractors
- Identifying and placing skilled candidates in contract and permanent roles
- Managing your own desk — your clients, your candidates, your billings
- Working toward a clearly defined progression path from day one
What we're looking for:
- A track record in sales, business development, or account management
- Competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to earn
- Strong communicator — on the phone and in person
