Responsibilities

- Partners with leadership to develop and implement key Operations, HR and Safety programs and change initiatives.
- Coach, lead and develop Warehouse teammates.
- Federal and Local municipality regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOL, EEOC, etc).
- Maintain inventory, supplies and materials within warehouse.
- Manage loading and unloading of product and/or material shipments; record receipts and enter into computer system.
- Maintain service parts area and log all incoming and outgoing parts.
- Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and procedures.
- Understand & meet safety requirements for Warehouse and teammates.
- Assist team with lifting large units.
- Assist other Warehouse locations when requested.
- Deliver materials to job sites when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
- Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred.
- 5 years diversified experience in warehouse operations, safety, compliance, HR, operations/administration in a manufacturing or distribution facility preferred.
- Experience partnering effectively with all levels of teammates including managing a team.
- Experience managing safety performance and programs.
- Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs.

Pay $68,000 - $72,000 annually.
