RbA is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in windows and doors. We are excited to expand into new markets and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultants to join our team. As we establish our presence in this new area, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our business and build relationships with new clients. Our next class will be in September 2025.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

Receive pre-set appointments from our Marketing teams - no more cold calling.
Average annual earnings of over $150k with uncapped earning potential.
You will be visiting our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs.
You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.

2 years in-home or outside sales experience
A proven track record of closing sales
