Responsibilities
- Maintaining databases by updated records, checklists, and tracking tools
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and greet visitors
- Support inventory tracking, vendor follow-ups, or supply ordering as needed
- Create and update spreadsheets and process documents to improve team efficiency
- Help with basic reporting, tracking metrics, and ensuring completion of projects
- Provide general administrative support to managers and team members
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Construction Industry experience a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $22-$24/hr

Salary : $22 - $24
