Esthetic Nurse Injector - Medical Spa

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and skilled Esthetic Nurse Injector to join our dynamic medical spa team. In this role, you will deliver esthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers and more, to help clients achieve their goals. The Nurse Injector (RN) delivers safe, effective, and high‑quality aesthetic treatments while providing an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced injection skills, and the ability to educate clients on treatment plans, skincare, and long‑term wellness. The Injector works collaboratively with the medical director, providers, and front desk team to support client outcomes and business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Clinical Services

• Perform esthetic injections including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other advanced treatments within scope
• Conduct thorough client consultations, including assessment, medical history review, and treatment planning
• Create personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and safety standards
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and clinical protocols
• Document all treatments accurately and promptly in the EMR

Client Experience & Education

• Provide clear, confident education on treatments, expectations, risks, and aftercare
• Review before/after photos and track progress
• Recommend complementary services and skincare based on client needs
• Support a culture of trust, professionalism, and long‑term client relationships

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all state nursing regulations and medical spa protocols
• Maintain current Nursing license and required continuing education
• Report any adverse events or concerns to the medical director immediately

Business & Growth Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client retention through consistent follow‑up and relationship building
• Support monthly and quarterly revenue goals through ethical, education‑based recommendations
• Participate in team trainings, sales huddles, and service knowledge development
• Collaborate with the Lead Esthetician and Office Manager to optimize scheduling and client flow

Experience

• Valid nursing license with specialized training in esthetic medicine or cosmetic nursing with 2-3 years experience
• Proven experience administering injectables such as Botox (botulinum toxin) and dermal fillers in a medical spa or similar setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships
• Experience working in the industry or med spa environment is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards while delivering high-quality guest services in a fast-paced setting
