PA-C or NP Injector

About the Role

We are seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with advanced aesthetic injector experience to join our growing practice in Canonsburg, PA.

Our practice focuses on advanced aesthetic outcomes, full-face rejuvenation, wellness optimization, and creating an elevated patient experience through individualized care and natural results.

We are looking for a provider who is passionate about both aesthetics and wellness, values patient relationships, and is excited to grow alongside a supportive and ambitious practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Sculptra
• Support wellness-based services including peptides and weight loss programs
• Provide consultations with a strong focus on patient education and natural outcomes
• Conduct full-face assessments and customized treatment planning
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, post-procedure care, and potential risks to foster informed decision-making.
• Utilize and perform treatments with medical-grade aesthetic devices
• Maintain accurate charting and treatment documentation
• Uphold a luxury-level patient experience and professional environment
• Collaborate with the practice on patient retention, growth, and brand presence

Ideal Candidate

• Valid PA-C certification or Nurse Practitioner license with current Pennsylvania state licensure.
• Proven experience administering aesthetic injections.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to injection procedures.
• Experience with full-face balancing and facial rejuvenation
• Comfortable using medical devices, such as RF Microneedling and lasers
• Functional wellness mindset with knowledge of peptides, weight loss optimization, preventative aging, and longevity-focused treatments​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
• Passionate about continued education and growth within the industry
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Understands that social media and content are part of modern aesthetics
• Focused on relationship building & retention
