Position Overview
The Business Development Associate is a front desk and sales-focused role responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while driving revenue through rebooking, memberships, retail sales, and client retention. As the first and last point of contact, this position requires professionalism, accuracy, and a strong commitment to client safety, particularly when supporting medical aesthetic procedures.
This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, highly organized, sales-minded, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk
- Welcome clients and provide a luxury-level experience.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, and client communications.
- Ensure all forms, consents, and client records are completed accurately and ready for provider review.
- Prepare clients for select procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Support smooth daily operations between clients, providers, and treatment rooms.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue through rebooking, memberships, retail sales, and client retention.
- Educate clients on services, promotions, skincare products, and treatment plans.
- Build strong client relationships and consistently meet sales goals.
Administrative & Operations
- Maintain accurate scheduling and appointment flow.
- Follow up on calls, messages, and client inquiries.
- Perform weekly inventory counts and monitor retail and office supplies.
- Assist with daily cleaning, laundry, organization, and upkeep of front desk areas.
- Ensure accuracy in all documentation, inventory, and client records.
Qualifications
- Experience in aesthetics, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and client safety.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Phorest and other digital tools.
- Professional, dependable, and proactive.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
