Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros.
- Handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards while preparing and serving food.
- Assist in food preparation and baking as needed, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to maintain a smooth workflow and address guest needs.
- Manage cash register operations and process payments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in food preparation and baking is a plus
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards and sanitation protocols
