Position Summary
The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of all public areas of the hotel while providing a welcoming environment for guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, entrances, hallways, public restrooms, breakfast area, fitness center, business center, and guest laundry areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and spot-clean public spaces.
- Restock supplies and empty trash receptacles.
- Clean glass doors, windows, elevators, and lobby furnishings.
- Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly.
- Assist housekeeping with light support duties as assigned.
- Provide friendly and professional guest service.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel standards.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
Performance Expectations
- Public areas consistently meet brand cleanliness standards.
- Guest concerns addressed promptly and professionally.
- Assigned duties completed accurately and on schedule.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
