Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead our team at the Hampton Inn Denver Northeast - Brighton. The ideal candidate will serve as the strategic leader of the property, overseeing all aspects of daily operations including guest satisfaction, front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, financial performance, and associate engagement while upholding Hilton/Hampton Inn brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast/Food Service) to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Financial Performance: Manage operational budgets, control labor costs and operating expenses, monitor P&L statements, and execute revenue strategies to maximize profitability and RevPAR performance.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor department staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture centered on exceptional hospitality.
- Guest Service Culture: Maintain high standards of guest service, respond promptly to guest feedback or complaints, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction scores (SALT).
- Brand Standards & Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with all franchise brand requirements, safety protocols, health regulations, and property maintenance standards.
