Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Breakfast Attendant at the Comfort Suites Loveland/Johnstown! In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they start their day with a delicious, fresh breakfast experience. Your energetic and friendly approach will create a positive atmosphere, helping guests feel at home while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, following food safety sanitizing procedures.
• Replenish food supplies and beverages regularly to ensure a fresh and appealing presentation for guests.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, warmers, and other small appliances.
• Assist with food handling and processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety management protocols and sanitation standards throughout the shift.
• Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs or special requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; fine dining or catering experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures is essential.
• Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and operating kitchen equipment safely.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Experience with POS systems and serving in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
• Food industry or culinary experience, including barista or dietary aide roles, will be highly valued.
