Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and provide attentive assistance throughout their visit
- Answer questions about store products, merchandise, and services
- Maintain cleanliness of shelves, counters, tables, and other store areas
- Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments
- Describe merchandise and explain its use, operation, and care to customers
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves and coolers, and assist with inventory management
- Open and close cash registers, including counting money and balancing cash drawers
- Be vigilant for security risks and theft, and follow procedures to prevent and address such situations
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support store operations
- Demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
