Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance for buildings and equipment as assigned.
- Perform general property maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal duties.
- Record maintenance activities accurately in the MaintainX system.
- Maintain knowledge of equipment and maintenance best practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Promptly inform the supervisor of any problems or unusual issues to support timely corrective action.
- Maintain a safe, clean, positive, and organized work environment.
- Build strong working relationships with department employees and management.
- Follow and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices and all safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute as a dependable team member and support efficient workflow to complete scheduled maintenance and required projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in wet or slippery conditions, loud environments, and varying temperatures.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance best practices is a plus.
Offered compensation: $20/hr - $21/hr
Experience and License Requirements
- Clean Driving Record
- Valid Drivers License
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
