What You Bring To The Table
- Comprehensive knowledge of Marriott systems - FSPMS, Marsha, CI/TY, One Yield (with certification preferred)
- Proven success leading revenue management in a large, full-service hotel or convention-style property
- Experience developing high-performing and accountable revenue teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
