Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and prompt responsiveness to patient inquiries.
- Coordinate social media content creation, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and developing campaigns to promote the practice’s services.
- Assist in office management duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized medical records while supporting daily clinic operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Open Dental
- Uphold high standards of patient service by providing clear communication, managing appointment flow, and addressing patient needs promptly.
- Support administrative functions such as intake procedures, documentation review, and care plan coordination.
