Someone to join our growing team in one of the largest solely owned Dental practices in Northern California/Sacramento. This person would be a part of growing, protecting and embracing our culture and contribute to their team by leading through example and holding themselves personally accountable.
What is your mission as a ?
Create and ensure a 5-star experience for every patient that you come in contact with. As a Patient Experience Advocate you will be responsible for creating and executing a memorable and unique experience for every patient.
As the first impression for our office our Patient Experience Advocates are instrumental in developing relationships with customers and setting the tone for an excellent one-of-a-kind customer experience. The primary objective within the first year is to upgrade the customer experience by overdelivering with expert customer relations and increasing the internal referrals by 10%.
Dental office experience or aptitude for dental terminology preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, ask for help when needed, follow up on preventive care calls, take inbound calls from patients to set up appointments or ask dental/schedule related questions, manager patient arrivals, greeting patients, overseeing and updating daily treatment schedule. An ideal candidate would be a self starter, take initiative, follow direction, communicate well and be able to handle tedious work and fast pace environment.
