The ideal candidate will LOVE working with people and have the following qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a dental practice working with insurance
- Great customer service skills and a passion for working with people
- Understanding of clinical procedures and CDT
- Proficiency in dental insurance plans required
- Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Knowledge and experience with electronic claims submission
- Experience executing preauthorizations and posting payments
- Fun, kind, positive attitude
