As an RN at Renaissance, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality care to our long-term residents, supporting clinical decision-making, and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and oversee comprehensive nursing care for long-term care residents
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders
- Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois RN license
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and leadership skills
- Experience with medication administration, wound care, and care planning
- Familiarity with EHR systems (PCC a plus)
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
