Responsibilities include managing errands, coordinating home logistics, assisting with gift-giving and resale of luxury items, and supporting content creation for social media. Ideal candidates are highly organized, tech-savvy, adaptable, and proactive, with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Support with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Utilize various platforms like Facebook Marketplace or FASHIONPHILE to resale luxury items, including handbags and shoes to home décor and furniture; this would entail photographing and posting items, communicating with possible buyers, and coordinating the close of sale.
- Assist with timely, event focused purchases and/or general gift-giving (e.g., flowers for a funeral, wedding present, baby shower gift, etc.).
- Return and track personal outgoing packages (e.g., returns) and shipments.
- Create and maintain an organizational system for products/packages that are received to home: paperwork: and other various items in general areas.
- Maintain and organize household spaces, including tidying general areas, restocking rooms with clean linens and appropriate toiletries, and addressing other home-related needs as they arise.
- Assist with home design and décor, including sourcing items, coordinating purchases or installations, and supporting aesthetic organization of living spaces in alignment with CEO’s preferences.
- Coordinate grocery shopping, creating shopping lists, purchasing items in-store or online, and ensuring timely deliver or pickup based on CEO’s preferences and schedule.
- Prepare one to two meals per week, based on CEO’s preferences and schedule, ensuring quality, timeliness, and dietary considerations as needed.
- Be point of contact, both in person and otherwise, for home repairs, installations, maintenance, and the like.
- Make and manage a variety of personal appointments.
- Handle personal errands on behalf of CEO, and, occasionally, her husband/family.
- Provide occasional transportation to/from work, airport, events, etc.
- Help coordinate care of pet including, but not limited to – walks, grooming, pick-up/drop off around CEO’s schedule.
- Available to work with outside companies or individuals as needed in support of personal/business activities.
- Assist with video/photo production for social media platforms, including setup and clean-up, as circumstances dictate.
- Capture organic content when needed, such as video/photo phone footage.
- Film, filter and edit planned content for social media platforms, at CEO’s discretion.
- Post and curate social media presence/account, as necessary.

Requirements:
- Experience as Personal and/or Executive Assistant.
- Available during and outside standard hours.
- Discretion with sensitive matters and information.
- Flexibility to travel, run errands, answer calls, and manage tasks as per Dr. Lee’s schedule.
- General administrative support skills.
- Ability to manage travel, calendar/schedule, and financial parameters, if/when requested.
- Familiar with retail customs and practices.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Docs/Sheets/Forms, social media platforms, and ability to learn new software if required.
- Knowledge of short form video editing, preferred.
