Work From Home – Medical Call Center Representative

About the Role
We’re hiring Call Center Agents to contact provider offices and request patient charts on behalf of insurance companies. This is a remote role, but you must live in the GEORGIA.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay rate: $16/hr. weekly pay
- Paid Training
- Schedule: Must be able to work any 8hr shift between 8am–9pm (may change after 90 days)
- Equipment is provided, but you must provide internet directly in your home.
What You’ll Do
- Make take some high-volume inbound and perform some outbound calls per day
- Reach out to provider offices to collect patient charts
- Document activity accurately in systems
- Communicate professionally with medical staff
What You Need
- 1 year or more of RECENT call center customer service experience
- Hard‐wired high-speed internet connection
- Strong computer and basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience in healthcare a plus but not required
