Program Manager

This is a temporary position working fully onsite.

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–6:00 pm (36 hours/week)

RemX Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail‐oriented Program Manager to support a Workforce Development program serving transition‐aged youth. This part‐time role focuses on program oversight, staff supervision, community partnership development, and ensuring high‐quality services that promote employment readiness and long‐term stability for young adults.

Position Overview

The Program Manager will oversee a Workforce Development initiative designed for youth ages 16–24, providing job‐readiness training, life‐skills education, and support in securing employment and maintaining stable housing. This role includes contract oversight, staff supervision, community engagement, and ensuring compliance with program standards and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain community partnerships to expand internship and work‐study opportunities for program participants.
• Oversee contract requirements, including application approvals, documentation review, and coordination with Finance for request processing.
• Attend monthly contract meetings and provide updates on program performance and progress.
• Provide weekly individual supervision and case consultation for a team of four staff members to ensure high‐quality service delivery.
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development activities.
• Review and approve staff documentation to ensure accuracy, quality assurance, contract compliance, and continuity of care.
• Facilitate weekly group supervision and participate in interdepartmental meetings to support program alignment and collaboration.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise four team members:
• • Two full‐time Workforce Development Specialists
  • Two temporary Workforce Navigators
• Conduct weekly individual supervision (1 hour for full‐time staff; 30 minutes for temporary staff).
• Lead a weekly group supervision session.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mental health or social services program.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain oversight of program operations, and ensure compliance with all requirements.
