Plant Controller (Manufacturing) – Full-Time
An established manufacturing facility is seeking an Accounting Manager / Controller to lead accounting operations and support the leadership team with financial oversight and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and prepare financial summaries; oversee periodic bank reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data, resources, and procedures; provide operational recommendations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, & Accounts Receivable.
- Review manufacturing costs, overhead, and G&A expenses; recommend cost and absorption initiatives.
- Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenue and expenses.
- Oversee physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical accounting skills; proficiency in Office 365 and Excel (Epicor experience a plus).
