What You’ll Do
- Process full-cycle payroll for 175–225 employees
- Handle union payroll and certified payroll reporting
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and labor requirements
- Maintain accurate payroll data, including classifications and deductions
- Partner with accounting/operations to resolve payroll issues
- Support audits and reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of payroll experience (construction preferred)
- Certified payroll / prevailing wage experience
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Experience with Vista or similar ERP is a plus
