We are hiring several Customer Experience Agents!! This is a call center role where you are helping guide callers through the process of enrolling in benefits. Pay: $17/hrTemp to Hire (projected long term)Projected Start Date: 12/8Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9:30 AM–8 PM (with one weekend day availability ) Multiple schedule options! As a Member Support Concierge, you’ll serve as a trusted guide for individuals navigating their healthcare benefits—removing confusion, delivering clarity, and creating a compassionate, seamless experience from the very first call.You’ll act as the central point of connection, providing white-glove service and resolving a wide range of member questions with care, accuracy, and empathy. This role supports members with DSNP benefits, including individuals or families managing complex health needs.
