RemX Staffing is now hiring an Mortgage Loan Processor!This is a 3-6 month long temporary role working a hybrid schedule (1 day/week onsite)Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMPay Range: $22-$25 Responsibilities:Processes HELOC applicationsPlaces welcome call, letter and email with disclosures to the borrower informing them of required documentation neededManages member contact, keeping members apprised of loan status throughout the processUpdates all communications with members in the loan origination systemGather loan data and documents from members while working with HELOC underwriter Ensure all documentation received is uploaded into the loan origination systemReviews appraisal report to ensure they comply with lending guidelinesContact all newly approved members to inform them of the required documentation needed to clear the file to closeSchedule loan closings with borrowersEnsure closing documents are prepared and review for accuracyVarious other duties as assigned As a RemX Mortgage Loan Processor We Offer You:Competitive payPaid weekly (Direct Deposit or ATM Debit Card available)Access to health benefits and retirement planA personal recruiter to help with job searches and assistance when at work!This position includes the opportunity to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life, and Short-Term Disability benefits, as well as a Retirement Plan.
