Now hiring for a temporary HR Specialist!
This is a temporary position working fully onsite.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm ET
Location: Livonia, MI
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $30.00/hour
Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary HR Specialist to support our HR team during a transition period while we recruit for a permanent hire. This role is available immediately to allow for knowledge transfer and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as front desk/reception support in the main lobby
- Manage security badges and employee access
- Answer employee HR and benefits-related questions
- Audit benefits invoices and assist with enrollment and orientations
- Support HR projects related to safety, employee relations, and file cleanup
- Update employee data in Paycor (preferred; not required)
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR administration, coordination, or support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and confidentiality
- HRIS experience (Paycor a plus, not required)
