About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide phone support to insurance agents and internal staff, assisting with questions related to policies, administration, and claims. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators, comfortable in a call‐center environment, and eager to grow within the insurance industry.
Schedule
- Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- Lunch: 45 minutes
- Breaks: Two 15‐minute breaks
- Must be flexible to stay on the line past 5:30 PM if actively assisting a caller when the queue closes
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from insurance agents and back‐office staff
- Assist with questions related to policies, administration, claims, and general support
- Help agents log into the portal and enter insurance applications (training provided)
- Accurately document calls and information in internal systems
- Manage an average call volume of 40–60 calls per day
What You Need to Know
- Must be comfortable working in a call‐center environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to de‐escalate difficult calls
- Confident, resilient, and able to handle high call volumes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
