Administrative Coordinator
Location: New Castle, DE
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office, quality, and production operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, handling documentation, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and ship bi-weekly product samples to laboratories, including proper packaging and documentation
- Collect and package monthly environmental swab samples for testing
- Support quarterly internal audit requests by gathering, organizing, and scanning required documents
- Maintain shipping documentation, logs, and records using Word and Excel
- Print, distribute, collect, and scan shipment paperwork, including driver sign-offs
- File documents and maintain accurate records
- Update production and load board information
- Track and log operational data, including CIP chart information
- Replenish supplies such as gloves and cable seals
- Print and distribute labels for production activities
- Assist operations and production teams with various tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, clerical, office support, or manufacturing support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in both office and production environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
