What You'll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Representative, you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while partnering with sales, finance, customer service, and external customers to ensure accurate financial transactions and account management. Responsibilities include:

• Process and apply daily customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, lockbox deposits, and other forms of payment.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate application of payments and deductions.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, deductions, and account balances.
• Collaborate with Sales and business partners to investigate and resolve customer claims and promotional deductions.
• Support collections activities by following up on past-due invoices and payment issues.
• Analyze trends, identify root causes of issues, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Participate in process improvements and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
