Financial Analyst II/III

A premier employer is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join a high-performing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders, influence strategic decisions, and drive financial performance across the organization.
We are looking for a finance professional with strong FP&A and corporate finance experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning financial data into actionable business insights.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the monthly operating review (MOR) process, providing meaningful analysis and recommendations to leadership.
- Perform month-end financial reporting and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Analyze key margin drivers and business performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and pro forma analyses for strategic initiatives.
- Partner with operational and business leaders to provide financial guidance and support organizational goals.
- Deliver insights that improve forecasting accuracy, financial performance, and business outcomes.
- Assist with annual budgeting, long-range planning, and ongoing forecasting activities.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to finance and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Approximately 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function.
- Proven experience with:
- Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs)
- Month-end variance analysis
- Margin and profitability analysis
- Financial modeling and pro forma development
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
- Experience partnering directly with business units and operational leaders is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving in an embedded FP&A role supporting business functions such as:
- Operations
- Supply Chain
- Human Resources
- Regional or Divisional Business Units
- Healthcare finance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience working in a large, complex corporate environment.
