This is a direct hire opportunity working fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first‐ and second‐tier technical support for end users across multiple software and hardware platforms
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and user profiles
- Install, troubleshoot, and support Windows operating systems and business applications
- Support office infrastructure including printers, conference room technology, wireless equipment, and server room hardware
- Maintain accurate asset records and assist with equipment lifecycle tracking
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for wired and wireless devices
- Set up and support mobile devices and telephony systems, including employee moves and changes
- Manage support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation
- Serve as the primary technology contact for supported offices, partnering with local leadership to identify needs and reduce technical disruptions
- Collaborate with centralized IT teams such as Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, and Endpoint teams
- Support department and organization‐wide technology projects as assigned
- Travel periodically to regional offices to provide onsite assistance when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least four years of hands‐on experience in a technical support or desktop support role
- Strong working knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft Office applications, and enterprise hardware
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and audiovisual systems
- Familiarity with document management systems and enterprise networks preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support users in person, by phone, and remotely
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
