Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, support employee development, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound shipments to support customer and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Complete daily reports related to labor utilization, workflow, and production performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or transportation environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a career-driven mindset.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
