Finance Manager, Operations - New Opportunity in Shepherdsville Area!

I'm partnering with a global logistics organization seeking a Finance Manager, Operations to support financial performance across a nationwide contract logistics network.

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Partner with operations leaders to drive profitability and cost control
  • Analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
  • Multi-site environment with strong exposure to operations and executive leadership


Requirements: 5-7 years of finance, controllership, or FP&A experience; multi-site experience preferred. Logistics, supply chain, or 3PL experience is a plus.


Base salary: $100K–105K bonus comprehensive benefits
