RemX Recruiting is representing a corporate client in West Knoxville in its search for an experienced professional in the investment/wealth management industry. This position ADMINISITRATIVE & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST will support a small team of investment professionals in their day-to-day operations.
WHAT BACKGROUND ARE WE SEEKING?
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Proven experience in a professional, financial services office setting handling administrative, operations & other financial/trust support duties
- Strong system competence (e.g. CRM or other info systems) & MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) as this role will interact closely with clients/board members
- Strong attention to detail
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Support relationship managers with client meeting preparations & follow through
- Manage work flows, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, etc.
- Manage & update data in CRM software
- Assist with reporting, document coordination, Docusign, etc.
- Coordinate board & committee meetings, primary liaison for board members
- Compile all materials for meetings, make travel arrangements, assist with expense reports, etc.
