RemX Recruiting Firm is pleased to represent a growing healthcare client in Knoxville, TN for its hire of a newly created role, MANAGER OF LABOR MANAGEMENT.
WHAT ARE WE SEEKING?
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years proven labor management experience
- 2 years minimum in a HOSPITAL or HEALTHCARE SYSTEM is required
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Build the Labor Management function for a large healthcare system
- Work with labor management systems; Kronos, UKG/Workforce, Strata a plus
- Create the processes & procedures for this area with the intent to hire Support Analysts in the near future for the team
- With provide training systemwide & work with all contracted labor
- Provide regular productivity performance updates to key leaders
