We’re seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients understand their coverage options.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently.
- Answer client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims.
- Assist producers and account managers in maintaining client accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- 1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
- Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
