Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle accounting function, including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage inventory and cost accounting, including tracking, valuation, and reporting
- Oversee AP/AR processes, cash management, and collections
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Improve and implement accounting processes, controls, and workflows
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Maintain and optimize ERP/accounting systems
- Provide insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 5 years of accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting ownership
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with inventory and/or cost accounting
- Ability to work in a hands-on, self-directed environment
- ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
