What You’ll Own
- Turn drawings and specs into clear, accurate, competitive estimates
- Drive take-offs, vendor pricing, and scope development
- Ask the questions others miss—and get ahead of issues early
- Work directly with clients, designers, and internal teams to tighten scope and uncover value engineering opportunities
- Build proposals that don’t just check boxes—but win work
- Set up Project Managers for success with clean, complete handoffs
