Business Development Associate

Location: Kansas City (Lenexa, KS HQ) | Full-Time | In-Office

About the Job

We are hiring a Business Development Associate who will be focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting for their assigned Account Executives. This position plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by initiating conversations with prospective clients across government, hospitality, and education sectors. What You’ll Do

  • Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads
  • Set qualified appointments for Account Executives
  • Research prospective customers using CRM tools, online resources, and databases
  • Maintain and update prospect information within Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to identify needs and introduce solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Track activity, call outcomes, and performance metrics
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and persistent approach to outreach

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Coachable and open to feedback and development
  • Must pass drug screen, criminal background check, and
  • Reliable, organized, and accountable for performance
  • driver’s license check.
  • Prior sales experience not required
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Associate’s degree preferred, but not required
