Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Mechanicsburg office. This role is responsible for:
- Respond to customer calls, website submissions, and emails
- Enter service requests in the system and perform accurate data entry
- Direct calls and support dispatching and purchasing
- Handle general administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly after hours
Shift & Training
- Training: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday for 4–6 weeks
- Permanent schedule available after training period:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:00AM- 7:30PM
- Holidays required (paid double time)

Qualifications
- 1 years of customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Positive communicator with customers and teammates
- Ability to work in an open-office environment
- Capable of maintaining focus and productivity even in a challenging or laid-back environments
Job Type: Full-time
